The Rostiges Ross has FLINTA* opening hours. This isn't exactly new, though; Werkstatt Prohlis already has FLINTA hours every four weeks on Wednesday evening. The Ross offers this service once a month, on the second Saturday.
But what exactly is FLINTA*?
FLINTA* stands for:
F - Female
L - Lesbians
I - Intersex People
N - Nonbinary People
T - Trans People
A - Agender People.
These opening hours are exclusively for FLINTA* people. If people who don't identify with the above groups need repairs on these days, they are welcome to go to Rad i.O. (same time, same day, very convenient).
Our FLINTA network is still small. To ensure that all opening times are covered, we would appreciate lots of support, not only at Ross but also in Prohlis. No prior experience is necessary; we all started somewhere. Just get in touch! Drop by in Friedrichstadt or Prohlis, whichever shop and appointment works best for you and say you want to participate.
