This is who we are
At Ross, you'll meet a colorful bunch of people from all over the world. Some are hub gear specialists, others love bleeding hydraulic brake systems. We all have the wonderful ability to turn scrap metal back into a rideable bike. And vice versa.
It's really great that we can rely on the active support of our volunteer mechanics, who are so committed to keeping the workshop open. Without them, Ross would only be 1/16 as great and would have much less to offer. To keep the workbench free and allow us to focus fully on you and your bike's problems, two full-time staff work tirelessly in the background to clear away mountains of paperwork.
You can read about how the “Zum Rostigen Ross” workshop came into being here.

Can you fix bikes and want to support us? Great. Can't fix bikes yet but want to support us? That's fine too. Feel free to drop by during opening hours and talk to us. You can find further contact details here.
We offer insights into bicycle technology, sometimes makeshift solutions, and always gratitude from our customers.
