We swap wrenches and Allen keys for needles and thread.
In our new upcycling course, we sew a saddle cover and a feed bag. This means you'll be well equipped for bad weather.
We use old items such as hardshell jackets, backpacks, or leftover Tyvek/Codura and similar materials, giving them a new lease of life.
The course lasts two days. On the first day, we make the saddle cover, and on the second day, we add the “feed bag.” Basic sewing skills are an advantage but not absolutely necessary.
The course is funded by the European Social Fund and is primarily aimed at unemployed people in Dresden's Friedrichstadt district, followed by unemployed people from all over Dresden. Any remaining places will be allocated freely.
An obligatory registration is required.
